We are a registered charity set up to provide both voluntary and financial support to the Oxfordshire Museum in Woodstock for Museum acquisitions and services. In addition, we offer a range of attractive benefits to our member Friends.

Sustainable Woodstock

We aim to raise public awareness among the residents of Woodstock and beyond on the climate emergency, energy conservation, sustainable travel, waste reduction, recycling, bio-diversity, sustainable economics and respect for the planet.
We are working with local councils, Woodstock Town Council, local schools and churches, Blenheim Palace, local businesses, the Farmers Market and the Woodstock trade association, Wake Up to Woodstock.

Woodstock Relief in Need Charity

Most of our funds are either raised through holding coffee mornings or donations. We then distribute to elderly people (residing in Woodstock) at Christmas, in the form of vouchers, e.g. Co-Op food vouchers. Occasionally we will make a donation to the local almshouses & elderly residential community sheltered housing.

Woodstock Youth Club

Club Night:The club meets every Tuesday night from 6.00 through to 8.30pm at the Youth Centre on Recreation Road in Woodstock. We have lots of things to do from energetic sports: dodgeball, indoor football, basketball and roller hockey to a more peaceful art and craft. There’s a tuck shop with hot snacks and cold drinks. The club is open to everyone aged 8 to 16 in Woodstock and all the surrounding villages.
