Woodstock Town Council is administered by a team of dedicated staff


The position of Town Clerk (TC) and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) is currently vacant.  For the present Councillor Ann Grant is Acting Town Clerk for Woodstock Town Council.                                                November 2016

The Town Clerk is the Chief Executive of the Council. The Clerk is responsible for legal and administrative advice and procedures for the Council, as well as financial management, and for ensuring that the Council acts properly and within the law. She is responsible for all the other staff employed by the Council.


Christine Inker is the Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant runs the day to day management of the office, town hall and community centre bookings, cemeteries and burials enquires, updates the Council's website and deals with many of the routine enquiries made to the Council.

Rachel Johnson is our Financial Assistant

manages the accounts for the Council. Working with the Finance group of the Mayor's Committee, Rachel maintains the income and expenditure records, prepares monthly financial statements for the Council and monitors progress of the annual budget. She is responsible to the Town Clerk who is the designated Responsible Financial Officer.

Jane Hibberd is the Council's Town Hall and Community Centre Caretaker

Jane is our caretaker and she looks after both the Town Hall and the Community Centre, ensuring that hirers leave the premises in proper order and carrying out routine cleaning and maintenance.
